RIDING LESSONS

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

I release, waive, discharge, and relinquish Megan K. Brown, and their employees and agents, from any liability, loss damage, claim, demand, or cause of action against them arising from or attributable to my participation in the event or activity; 1 hour riding lesson, whether same shall arise by their negligence or otherwise.

Parents are responsible for any and all children including siblings or friends of the riding student or when they are on the ranch and are around any of the ranch animals. They must watch their children closely while on the ranch at all times, as animals are unpredictable and can react instinctively. Mega Arte staff must be present and supervising when children are in any of the petting zoo enclosures.

I assume any and all risks of personal injuries tomyself, my child, or siblings and friends of the children in Mega Arte programs and events, including medical or hospital bills, permanent and partial disability, death and damage to my property caused by or arising from our participation in the Mega Arte lessons and other activities.

I understand that Mega Arte Riding Academy requires thirty-calendar days notice prior to any termination or changes, to any riding lessons programs or boarding agreements.

I AGREE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH, AND I ACKNOWLEDGE MY RESPONSIBILITY.THIS DOCUMENT RELIEVES MEGAN K. BROWN, AND EMPLOYEES, FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY AND, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE. I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANCIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN VOLUNTARILY.
